Requests received after 3:00pm EST/ 12:00PST Friday, will not be reviewed before 9:00am on Monday morning. If your request is for immediate travel over the weekend – approval will not be granted with this short notice. You are asked to kindly reschedule and resubmit with advance notice.

NOTE: For all students departing our programme by June 30, 2024 please be advised that final travel requests will only be accepted until June 12 before 3:00pm EST/ 12:00PST.
