Meenu Bhandari, Homestay Coordinator

I love meeting people from different backgrounds and learn different cultures.

I finished my Bachelors degree in Psychology and English from India, my Canadian Diploma in Office administration led me to work as a Administrator at nonprofit agency.

In 2015 I finished another Diploma in Social Service Worker and I am working part time as a Settlement worker with YMCA, where I help new immigrants settle in Canada, I have been volunteering with nonprofit agencies and giving back to the community.

I am blessed with two successful children and my husband is an entrepreneur.

I have hosted International students for few years, which gave me the opportunity to join MLI team as a Home coordinator for Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge in 2016, and gained new experiences and making lasting friendships.

What I love about MLI Home stay:

It gives me opportunity to match the students and host families and build lasting experiences for both of them. I like all the support I get from the office staff.
